The connection to Anna Henggel of Hawangen, Ottobeuren is confirmed by the fact that Georg Fuchs, tailor in Harthausen, was witness to the marriage of Georg Henckel, son of Melchior Henckel, citizen of “Hangwangen”, to Magdalena Hofmann in Hanhofen on 1 Jun 1733. This identification needs to be checked against possible connections to other towns with similar names, such as Havange (Moselle), Hayange/Hayingen (Moselle), or Hayingen/Havingen (Württemberg). No matching entries were found in the IGI extraction for Havange. But there is a Anna Heuetelin, baptized 10 May 1695 in Hayingen, Württemberg, daughter of Gabriel Heuetele and Maria Weiss, in FSGT.
